Return Policy

For eligible returns

1. Scope of application

This return policy applies to all consumers who purchase goods in the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA) and is formulated in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

2. Right to return

2.1 Unconditional return (remote/online shopping)

Consumers have the right to return goods without reason within 14 days after receiving the goods, without any liability

The return period is calculated from the date the consumer signs for the goods; if the signing date is not clear, the deadline is the 14th day after the order is delivered.

2.2 Refund process

The refund will be completed within 14 days after receiving the returned goods, and the refund amount includes the price paid for the goods (excluding shipping costs, unless there is a quality problem with the goods).

The refund method is the same as the original payment method, unless the two parties negotiate separately.

3. Return conditions

The goods must be kept in their original packaging and labels intact, and have not been used or damaged.

Consumers are required to provide the original order number or proof of purchase.

4. Shipping Costs

Return due to consumer reasons: consumers bear the return shipping costs (unless the merchant explicitly promises free returns).

Product quality problems or merchant errors: the merchant bears all return and exchange costs.

5. Exchange and Repair

If there is a quality problem with the product, consumers can choose free repair, exchange or refund.

The exchanged product must be in stock, otherwise a refund or alternative plan will be negotiated.
